Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your website package, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before work has commenced, we will consider any refund based on whether project preparation or other work has already been undertaken. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, as time and resources have been committed to your project.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, each instalment forms part of the total project fee. The remaining balance remains payable in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Your website will not be published or handed over until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

Changes to Your Project

Once your project has commenced, changes to the selected package, design or scope of work may incur additional fees. Any additional work or fees will be discussed and agreed with you before the work is undertaken.
