Package Terms & Conditions
These Package Terms apply to services and packages purchased from Siya Studio. By purchasing a package or service, you agree to these terms.
1. Package Services
The services included in your selected package are outlined on the relevant Siya Studio package or service page at the time of purchase.
Package inclusions, features and pricing may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect a package that has already been purchased.
Your purchase is limited to the services and inclusions specified for the package selected. Additional services, pages, features, revisions or other work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
2. Project Commencement
Work will commence once your purchase has been completed and Siya Studio has received the information, content and materials required to begin your project.
Project timeframes may vary depending on the package and the information or materials required from you.
3. Client Content & Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete content, images, branding, business information and other materials required for your project.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licences and permissions to use any content, images, logos or other materials you provide.
All content should be carefully proofread and checked by you before it is submitted to Siya Studio. Siya Studio is not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in content or materials supplied by the client.
4. Payment
The total price of your selected package is shown at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, the remaining balance will be charged according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.
All outstanding amounts must be paid in full before any applicable final deliverables, website launch or handover are completed.
Siya Studio reserves the right to pause work or withhold delivery, launch or handover if payment is overdue.
5. Additional Work
If you request work outside the inclusions or scope of your selected package, additional fees may apply.
Any additional work or fees will be discussed and agreed with you before the work is undertaken.
Website Packages
The following terms apply specifically to website packages purchased from Siya Studio.
6. Website Design
Websites are created using one of our Signature Website designs and customised with your branding, content, imagery, services and business information.
Your website is customised within the structure of your chosen Signature Website design, or a design matched to your business by Siya Studio.
The layout, structure and core design of the selected Signature Website form the foundation of your website. Design changes outside the scope or structure of the original template layout may incur additional fees. Any additional work or fees will be discussed and agreed with you before the work commences.
7. Website Content & Branding
You are responsible for providing the content, images, branding and business information required for your website, including your logo, brand colours and preferred fonts where applicable.
If you do not have or provide brand colours or fonts, Siya Studio may select suitable colours and typography to complement your website design. These selections are made for website design purposes only and do not constitute a brand identity or branding service.
Brand identity and branding packages are available separately.
8. Website Timeframe
Our standard website build timeframe is approximately 7–10 business days from receipt of all required content and information.
Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals or other required information may affect the project timeframe and launch date.
9. Website Revisions
Revisions and inclusions are limited to those outlined in your selected website package.
Additional pages, functionality, content changes, design changes or other work outside your package may incur additional fees, which will be agreed with you before the work is undertaken.
10. Website Review & Approval
Once your website has been completed, Siya Studio will provide the completed site for your review before launch.
You will have 3 business days to review the website and provide any final feedback relating to the agreed project scope.
This review period is not an opportunity for further design changes, new content or additional updates outside the agreed scope of the project. Any additional work requested at this stage may incur additional fees.
If Siya Studio has introduced a typographical error, uploaded incorrect client-supplied material or made an error during the website build, we will correct the error at no additional charge.
You are responsible for providing final approval for your website to be launched. If no feedback or approval is received within the review period, Siya Studio may proceed with the website launch based on the completed project.
11. Website Intellectual Property
Siya Studio retains ownership of its original Signature Website designs, templates, layouts, systems, graphics and other original design elements created or supplied by Siya Studio.
Purchasing a website package gives you the right to use the completed customised website for your own business. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying Signature Website design or template to you.
You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, share or use the Signature Website design or template to create websites for other businesses without written permission from Siya Studio.
Your own business content, including your logo, branding, text, photographs and other materials supplied by you, remain your property or the property of their respective owners.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms of use.
12. Squarespace & Third-Party Services
Your website is built on Squarespace.
Your Squarespace subscription, domain and any third-party services are separate from Siya Studio's website design fee unless specifically stated otherwise. You are responsible for maintaining your Squarespace subscription and any associated services after launch.
Siya Studio is not responsible for changes, interruptions, outages, pricing or functionality relating to Squarespace or other third-party services.
13. Website Launch & Handover
Once your website has been completed, final approval has been received and all payments have been made, your website will be prepared for handover and launch.
14. Website Support
Any post-launch support included in your package will be provided as outlined in your package details.
Additional website updates, changes or support can be requested separately and may incur additional fees.
15. Portfolio
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Siya Studio may display completed websites and project work in its portfolio, website, social media or other promotional materials.
16. Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for information about cancellations and refunds.
17. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
18. Changes to These Terms
Siya Studio may update these Package Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, packages or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this website. Changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect packages already purchased unless required by law.
